Cancellations

London Homeopathy Clinic operates a strict cancellation policy due to limited availability.

  • Minimum 2-Day Notice: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day or ad hoc requests are generally not accommodated.
  • Missed Appointments: If you miss a face etc face appointment without sufficient notice, a cancellation fee applies.

Booking and Reminders: Appointment reminders are sent in advance and include a link for part-payment, which also serves as a notice of our policy. Please check your inbox for this information.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy ensures fairness and timely access for all patients.

Payments

Online Appointments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your online consultation.
  • Alternatively, you may pay a 50% deposit, but the remaining balance must be paid before or at the end of the session.

Face-to-Face Appointments

  • To secure your in-person appointment, a 50% deposit is required at booking. You may also pay the full amount upfront if you prefer.
  • The remaining 50% can be paid at the clinic, either in cash or by card.

Cash payments for the remaining balance receive a £10 discount on the total fee.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum 2 day notice or 48 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

If an appointment is missed without sufficient notice, a cancellation fee applies.
